Hey Nikola,
Thanks so much for
the Map2 switch on my Tuono on Wednesday. The bike is even more
amazing now. She always had a good solid feel provided I was
accelerating but due to lash and the crippled fuel injection mapping
at low RPM I had never dared tweak the throttle while in low speed
cornering and it was all clutch commuting traffic. The Map switch
(along with the other hardware mods I made) have smoothed this thing
out completely.
Cheers,
Brad

| I bought a new 2006
Speedmaster from BIM in Vancouver last November, and after the dealer
prep and accessory installs, TORs, K&N airfilter, and rejet they shipped
it out to me in Saskatoon. They arranged shipment, and I had my bike two
days after it left BIM. Too bad it had to go into immediate winter
storage. Well, I was finally able to get it out on the road last week.
What an awesome motorbike, but more importantly, what a fantastic setup
by the dealership. The bike performs, with a perfect rejet...the
dealership is at sea level, and my elevation is 1653 feet ASL, which
they took into consideration with the air/fuel mixture, and they ensured
the carbs were balanced. Granted, the bike is a great machine, but I
have to give tremendous credit to the dealership, and their service
technicians for their patience with me, and with the spot-on tuning. My
bike has no hesitation or decel popping...just a beautiful low rumble
from the pipes. Excellent throttle response, and gobs of torque. I have no need to remove the snorkle, or monkey with the carbs. This puppy is a winner just as it left the dealership. I am very pleased with the Speedmaster, and with British Italian....they are the best. -triumphrat.net forum post |

| I can echo the thumbs-up for
British Italian! I had a problem with the crankcase air-oil separator on
my '01 Bonnie. I was the second owner, and it was out of warranty. The
local dealer didn't want to even discuss it, and said that it would
likely take a couple of weeks to sort it out. I called up the guys at BIM and they invited me up immediately. They took me into the back and hopped onto the dealer network while I waited, getting approval from Triumph immediately for coverage as a warranty repair. They directed me to a lovely cafe for lunch, and I was back on the road in less than two hours. Class, customer service, and a wonderful product line. What more could you want? -triumphrat.net forum post |

| Yes, a definite thumbs up.
Bought a Moto Guzzi and two Triumphs there over the last five years. I
like their no-pressure sales, and they have always given a good price -
My only complaint is that Big Mike keeps trying to send me out on test rides (that's how he sold me my Bonneville that I didn't need, but love) Service department is excellent. Niko and Paul are low key, but reward you with what you want, when you want. -triumphrat.net forum post |

| Dropped in on them at 4:40 PM
with an idling problem on the way back to the Island after two weeks of
Kootenay blasting. Nikola stayed 'till 6:15 sorting out the problem even
though he had been set to go at 5:30 - the cost of the service was what
it would have cost me for two ferry fares if I'd have to come back
later. The problem had been caused when I had some "adjustments" made by
another dealer who I won't name but won't deal with again. One would be
hard pressed to find an all round better dealership than
British-Italian. Many thanks BI.
